चक्रधर नगर व पूंजीपथरा पुलिस की कार्यवाही,कोल डिपो और अवैध कोयला परिवहन पर ताबड़तोड़ छापे,कीमती ₹3,34,573 जप्त!!
- पूंजीपथरा में 07 आरोपियों से 03 ट्रेलर वाहन, 2 जेसीबी, 1 पोकलेन की गई जप्त
- छापेमार/परिवहन की कार्यवाही 139.180 मेट्रिक टन कोयला, कीमती ₹3,34,573 जप्त
- कोयले के अवैध परिवहन पर चक्रधरनगर एवं पूंजीपथरा पुलिस की कार्यवाही
HCT:रायगढ़। पुलिस अधीक्षक संतोष सिंह के दिशा निर्देशन तथा एडिशनल एसपी अभिषेक वर्मा, नगर पुलिस अधीक्षक अविनाश सिंह ठाकुर के मार्गदर्शन पर पूंजीपथरा पुलिस द्वारा आज शासकीय संस्थान एनटीपीसी लारा को की जाने वाली कोयले की सप्लाई में मिलावटी कोयले मिश्रित करने के गोरखधंधे का भंडाफोड़ किया गया है ।
जानकारी के अनुसार थाना प्रभारी पूंजीपथरा निरीक्षक अमित सिंह को आज सुबह सूचना मिली की ग्राम देलारी के जय भोले कोल डिपो में कांटाघर ऑपरेटर, मुंशी, लोडर ऑपरेटर, JCB ऑपरेटर व ट्रेलर चालकों की मिलीभगत से डूलंग कोल माइंस ओडिशा से लाए गए अच्छे किस्म के कोयले को निकाल कर उसकी जगह कोल डिपो में पहले से रखे कोयला पत्थर, चारकोल मिक्स कर लारा एनटीपीसी को सप्लाई करने की योजना बनाई जा रही है, जिस पर थाना प्रभारी पूंजीपथरा निरीक्षक अमित सिंह के हमराह सहायक उपनिरीक्षक जी.पी. बंजारे, प्रधान आरक्षक दिलेश्वर सिदार, आरक्षक बालचंद राव, धर्मेंद्र सिंह, विनोद शर्मा, भगवती प्रसाद रत्नाकर, तथा डोमन सिंह मौके पर जाकर तस्दीक किये तस्दीक पर पुलिस को मुखबिर से मिली सूचना सही मिली ।
जय भोले कोल डिपो में कांटा घर ऑपरेटर से शेख अनीश, डिपो का मुंशी संतोष प्रजापति, लोडर ऑपरेटर सीताराम भारद्वाज, जेसीबी ऑपरेटर संजय तिर्की तथा 3 ट्रेलर के चालकों द्वारा नियम विरुद्ध अच्छी किस्म के कोयले की चोरी कर कोयला पत्थर, चारकोल जो पूर्व से डिपो में रखा हुआ था उसे ट्रेलर वाहन CG 13 AD-4253, CG13AD-4252, CG13AF-2159 में लोडिंग कर रहे थे । आरोपियों से पूछताछ करने पर बताएं कि ग्राम देलारी के जय भोले कोल डिपो को मनोज तमता निवासी रायगढ़, सिटू अग्रवाल अंबिकापुर, आरिफ खान अंबिकापुर तथा प्रमोद सिंह निवासी रायगढ़ के द्वारा संचालन किया जा रहा है जिसकी जानकारी हेतु पूंजीपथरा पुलिस द्वारा खनिज अधिकारी रायगढ़ को पत्राचार किया गया है । आरोपियों द्वारा पकड़े गए तीनों ट्रेलर वाहनों को मनोज तमता निवासी रायगढ़ का होना बताया गया है । तीनों वाहनों में लोड कुल 101.300 मेट्रिक टन कोयला कीमती ₹1,91,573 की चोरी की संपत्ति होने के पूर्ण आशंका पर ट्रेलर वाहन सहित लोडर मशीन, जेसीबी मशीन जप्त कर आरोपियों के विरुद्ध थाना पूंजीपथरा में इस्तगासा धारा 41(1+4)CrPC/ 379 IPC के तहत कार्यवाही की गई है । साथ ही भारतीय दंड संहिता की धारा 407,120 बी के तहत पृथक से अपराध पंजीबद्ध किया जा रहा है ।
वहीं आज दिनांक 02.12. 2019 के दोपहर 12:10 बजे थाना प्रभारी चक्रधरनगर निरीक्षक विवेक पाटले,सउनि डी.के. बोहिदार, सउनि प्रकाश नारायण पांडे आरक्षक धीरेंद्र पांडे, अभिषेक द्विवेदी, रितेश दीवान द्वारा इंदिरा विहार चेक पोस्ट के पास वाहनों की चेकिंग दौरान कोयले से भरे हाईवा CG 22/C-4546 की जांच कर वाहन मालिक व चालक को आवश्यक दस्तावेज प्रस्तुत करने को कहा गया जिस पर वे असफल रहे । वाहन में लोड कोयला चोरी का होने की शंका पर चक्रधरनगर पुलिस द्वारा वाहन धारा 41(1+4)CrPC/ 379 IPC एवं खान एवं खनिज (विकास एवं विनियम) अधिनियम 1957 की धारा 21(4) के तहत कार्यवाही हाईवा मय लोड कोयला 20 टन कीमती 80,000 रूपये जप्त कर वाहन मालिक धर्मराज से पिता स्वर्गीय दल प्रताप सिंह उम्र 46 वर्ष निवासी ब्रजराजनगर ओडीशा एवं वाहन चालक वीरू कुमार मिरी पिता शिवधारी मिरी उम्र 28 वर्ष निवासी चक्रवार जिला बलौदा बाजार के विरुद्ध की गई है।
पूंजीपथरा पुलिस द्वारा छापेमारी कर लौटते समय देलारी-गेरवानी मार्ग पर ट्रेलर CG13 AF-2161 जिसमें 36.880 मेट्रिक टन कोयला कीमती 63,000 रूपये का लोड है, चालक द्वारा पुलिस पेट्रोलिंग को आता देख छोड़कर भाग गया था जिसे पूंजीपथरा पुलिस द्वारा जप्त कर धारा 102 CrPC के तहत कार्यवाही की गई है ।
