झगड़ाखांड़ (कोरिया)। कोरिया जिले के झगड़ाखांड़ थाना क्षेत्र में एक नाबालिक को बहला फुसला कर भगा ले जाने के मामले में पीड़ित पिता की शिकायत पर पुलिस ने मामला दर्ज कर जांच में जुट गई अज्ञात व्यक्ति के नाम दर्ज शिकायत पर पुलिस जांच में जुटी झगड़ाखांड़ थाना को मामले की जानकारी मिलते ही पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देश में थाना प्रभारी के नेतृत्व में एक टीम बना कर अपहृत बालिका की पतासाजी में मरवाही के ढपनीपानी में गये।
थाना मरवाही में जाकर पता किया गया। पता चला कि नन्द कुमार के द्वारा उपरोक्त नाबालिग को अपहृत (भागकर) कर लाया गया है। बालिका को बरामद कर ढपनीपानी से लाया गया एवं आरोपी नंद कुमार को धारा 363, 36, 376 2 (ढ) भादवी एवं पास्को एक्ट की धारा 6 के तहत आरोपी को पुलिस 24 घण्टे के अंदर गिरफ्तार कर न्यायलय में पेश किया गया।
