गरियाबंद। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी की पुण्यतिथि पर आज गुरुवार 21 मई राजीव गांधी किसान न्याय योजना का शुभारंभ किया गया। वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से संयुक्त जिला कार्यलय भवन में इस योजना के शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रम में जिले के राजिम विधायक अमितेश शुक्ल, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष स्मृति नीरज ठाकुर, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष गफ्फार मेमन, कलेक्टर श्याम धावड़े एसपी बीआर पटेल सीईओ विनय कुमार लंगेह, एडीएम जेआर चौरसिया आदि सम्मिलित हुए।
कार्यक्रम की समाप्ति के बाद राजिम विधायक अमितेश शुक्ल ने पत्रकारों के प्रश्नों का उत्तर देते हुए कहा मैं गुप्त रूप से क्षेत्र का दौरा करता हूँ। यकीन ना हो तो पांडुका के पास जो नाका है, वहां पता कर सकते हैं। राजिम नाके से होकर भी मैं गुप्त रूप से गुजरता रहा हूँ।
विदित हो की लगभग दो महीने की लॉक डाउन अवधि में क्षेत्र में राजिम विधायक की अनुपस्थित लोंगो के जेहन में सवाल खड़े कर रही थी। राजिम में कोटा से आई एक छात्रा के कोरोना पॉज़िटिव की खबर से सोशल मीडिया में राजिम विधायक की क्षेत्र से अनुपस्थिति का सवाल बड़ा हो गया। लोगों ने सवाल किया की इस मुश्किल घड़ी में हमारे विधायक महोदय हमारे साथ होने की बजाय रायपुर में ही रहते हैं।
इन्ही प्रश्नों का जवाब देते विधायक अमितेश शुक्ल ने कहा कि मैं गुप्त रूप से क्षेत्र का दौरा करता रहा हूँ, फिर इस गुप्त भ्रमण का कारण भी उन्होंने बताया , कहा कि जिला प्रशासन की व्यवस्था देखने गुप्त भ्रमण किया, मुझे प्रशानिक व्यवस्था उचित लगी। कुछ देर की चर्चा के बाद विधायक महोदय ये भी कहने लगे की लॉक डाउन में भला कोई कैसे आना जाना कर सकता है ? लॉक डाउन मतलब लॉक डाउन इसका उलंघन कैसे किया जा सकता है। ऐसे समय में विरोधियों को राजनीति नही करनी चाहिए। अब नेता ही जाने उनकी दोनों बातों में से कौन सी बात सही है, या तो गुप्त दौरा कर उन्होंने लॉक डाउन का उल्लंघन किया या दौरा नही किया ? वैसे उन्होंने ये जानकारी भी दी की जिले में रेपिड टेस्ट किट व मास्क की कमी की जानकारी उन्हें प्राप्त हुयी है जिसके लिये, टीएस सिंहदेव जी बात कर ली गई है शीघ्र ही रेपिड टेस्ट किट और मास्क की व्यवस्था हो जाएगी।
किसान न्याय योजना के सम्बंध में अमितेश शुक्ल ने जानकरी देते हुए बताया की वादे के मुताबिक 2500 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल धान खरीदी के निर्णय के आधार पर बोनस की राशि किसानों के खाते में डाल दी गई है। गरियाबंद जिले के 66 हजार 710 किसानों को 204 करोड़ 1 लाख 34 हजार 747 रुपये बोनस की कुल राशि मिलेगी। कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव के लिए राजिम विधायक अमितेश शुक्ल ने मास्क के अधिक से अधिक प्रयोग पर जोर दिया।
