हाई प्रोफाइल सेक्स स्कैंडल : ओ पी गुप्ता के बाद एक आईएएस के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज।
रायपुर (hct)। छत्तीसगढ़ में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह के अय्याश ओएसडी ओ पी गुप्ता के बाद अब एक नौकरशाह आईएएस जनक पाठक के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज की जा चुकी है। छत्तीसगढ़ प्रदेश और आईएएस लॉबी को शर्मिंदा कर देने वाली यह ख़बर जांजगीर चांपा जिले के पूर्व कलक्टर आईएएस जनक प्रसाद पाठक से जुड़ी हुई है।
एक महिला ने पाठक पर आरोप लगाया है कि 15 मई को अपने चैंबर में उक्त अधिकारी ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया। और अपना मुँह बंद रखे; अन्यथा उसके पति जो सरकारी कर्मचारी हैं, को बरख़ास्त करने की धमकी देते हुए लगातार उसके साथ दैहिक शोषण करते रहा।
33 वर्षीय महिला ने जिले के पुलिस अधीक्षक पारुल माथुर के सामने उपस्थित होकर लिखित आवेदन दिया। अधिकारियों ने बताया कि पाठक उस महिला को अश्लील मैसेज भेजते थे। महिला ने मैसेज का स्क्रीन शॉट भी पुलिस को दिया। इसके अलावा पाठक की आपत्तिजनक बातचीत की कॉल रिकॉर्डिंग भी दी। शुरुआती प्रमाणों की गंभीरता को देखते हुए पुलिस ने एफआईआर दर्ज करके मामले में जाँच शुरू कर दी है। पाठक का पिछले दिनों तबादला कर दिया गया था। अब वे संचालक भू-अभिलेख के पद पर हैं।

पता चला है कि महिला एनजीओ के काम के सिलसिले में पाठक से मिली थी। पाठक ने काम दिलाने का वादा किया था। इस एफआईआर की ख़बर से सूबे की नौकरशाहों में हड़कंप मच गया है।
